Junior Planning Manager, Homecare

You will get experience working in the world’s top ranked supply chain by Gartner, as well as working with great brands in a fast-paced organization with interesting and challenging tasks. As part of this role you are working across borders in an international and diverse environment which will allow you to build a strong network. You will be leading and developing your own Home Care planning team consisting of 3 direct reports which is a great opportunity to gain leadership experience. On top you are joining the Nordics Planning Leadership Team to design the future planning network and structure. You will be working independently but also jointly with your team to support growth of the Home Care Business in the Nordics.

Main Job Purpose:

· Lead the Nordics Homecare Planning network to deliver service, reduce obsoletes, and improve S&OP KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Volume & Value Disconnect).
· The Homecare planning lead is responsible for the planning department of the local Nordic Homecare Factory and the operational Homecare planner. He/she develops an E2E team across the different units
· Owns and manages an operational planning portfolio

Job Summary:

· Accountable for Category plan KPIs (Service/Obsolete/Forecast Accuracy/Forecast Bias/Volume Value Disconnect)
· KPI review incl. top losses to drive improvements
· Lead, build and develop operational Homecare planning team
· Future risk analysis and mitigation
· Crisis management if required
· Accountable for deployment of planning programs
· Location: Our factory in Odense
· Full member of Nordics Planning Leadership Team

Key Requirements

· 3+ years experience in End to End Supply Chain operations. With experience in at least 2 areas from MSO/SU/Procurement and Logistics
· University degree
· Strong planning skills
· Basic financial skills
· Strong communication and analytical skills
· Well developed ability to hold people accountable
