Job description
JOB PURPOSE
· Strategy into action - prepare, coordinate, and implement a multichannel marketing activation plan (online and offline activities) to execute company strategy
· Co-lead digital transformation in Foodsolutions Czech Republic
What you can expect from The Role:
· WEB maintenance - regular updates of new product settings, content, other maintenance, and improvement of the webpages layout/UX.
· Direct marketing - creating a content strategy and choosing the topics for NL in line with a marketing plan, creating automated and nurturing flows. Optimizing, evaluation, and best practice application based on the results.
· Digital lead campaigns - briefing, execution, optimization, and evaluation of campaign in cooperation with the regional UFS digital manager and media agency for whole CRSR and partly Baltics market. Preparing and managing feed campaigns on social media.
· SOME management - Creating social media strategy together with social media agency, posts approval: CZ+SK / FB.
· SEO – being SPOC for SEO agency on optimizing of websites (on-page and off-page factors) to maintain and increase organic traffic + global tasks.
· Product/ portfolio management - support of Marketing Leader with new product launches incl. administrative support, an annual update of product catalog, one pager, selling stories, etc. inc. pull activation for operators.
· Marketing assets creation: Printed/online content – brochures, UFS Academy, trade stories.
· Others – overseeing BMI spent, supervising CZ Loyalty program, to be operator insight champion.

· 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales
· Analytical skills
· Great stakeholder awareness and communication skills
· Good selling skills
· Performance Driven / Results Oriented
· Digital acumen
· Fluent English
