Job description

Job Title: Intern – Customer Business Development

Location: Malaysia

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

· 
Plan and execute digital strategy plan to boost B2B sales.

· 
Partner with the digital B2B team to design the right framework to achieve objectives set by the company. Responsible for the achievement of digital KPIs such as Enrollment, Coverage, and Adoption.

Key Responsibilities

· 
Ensure achievement of digital KPIs and monitor closely for performance.

· 
Prepare plans with a focus on results vs. targets set.

· 
Identify and implement actions for closing possible results gaps.

· 
Monitor, evaluate and track weekly and monthly B2B results and take necessary actions to achieve them.

· 
Cascade all business-related activities in a time manner.

· 
Work closely with Distributive Trade Managers to ensure proper execution of planned activities.

· 
Evaluate successfulness of a campaign based on reported results.

· 
Identify the potential area of improvement based on facts and figures.

· 
Follow up and follow through on the identified improvement solutions.

Key Stakeholders:

· 
Internal: Customer Business Development, IT

· 
External: Digital Platform Team

Travel:

No traveling is needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

· 
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related and have a strong career interest in Sales and Fast-Moving Consumers Goods.

· 
Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months.

· 
Early graduates who are looking for internship experiences.

Desirable Experience/Skill/Knowledge:

· 
Strong communication skill

· 
Microsoft Office Skills in Excel, PPT and Word

· 
Passion in sales analysis

· 
Passion in digital trends
