JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

·  Contribute to the implementation of all local innovation, renovation and promotional projects for Home Care. Provide local inputs to regional and global projects.
·  Provide Technical activation at point of sale. Drive locally initiated demos and activations.
·  Review and approve artworks, advertising claims and other relevant materials (with proper alignment with A-team  and RDC.
·  Monitor and challenge competitors. Examine competitor launches and initiate challenges as necessary.
·  Lead FDA product registration and Green Choice license renewal for Home Care SKUs.
·  Build network with Key Opinion formers.
·  Provide both proactive and reactive support on consumer complaints issues.
·  Translate science and category technology  to other business partners and other relevant audiences (internal and external)  in a way that is relevant to consumers and customers.

Experiences & Qualifications

·  Education and Relevant Experience: A degree in Science or Engineering or any relevant field,  academic distinction is an advantage. At least  2-5  years experience in R&D or similar fields.
·  Key Skills: Project Planning and Management, Strong organization skills, Creative with respect to developing new ideas, claims and demos. Excellent communication and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
·  Key Competencies: Growth Mindset, Bias for Action, Accountability and Responsibility, Consumer and Customer Focus.
