JOB PURPOSE

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. The purpose of this role is to act and operate as the finance coordinator in FoodSolutions for Hungary (focused) & Adria region with a total turnover responsibility of approximately €10million.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

The role offers an attractive balance between strategic and operational experiences including:

·  Full P&L ownership and accountability:
·  Deliver country results via dynamic P&L management and full P&L accountability.
·  Look for continuous improvement & efficiency to further simplify reporting and increase accuracy in forecasting processes.
·  Commercially shape the medium to long term strategy and direction of the portfolio and markets.
·  Responsible for proper TMI budgeting, provisioning, and controlling; all in line with contracts.
·  Actively participate in-year target delivery of financial growth model:
·  Support the UFS team with developing a sustainable business plan that can deliver competitive, profitable volume growth
·  Support during financial audits, provide data analysis – proposals on how to do a better business, margin calculation, etc.
·  Be part of the UFS Europe Finance team and as such, where needed, lead specific Finance topics for the broader Foodsolutions community

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

·  Degree in Finance, Management or a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
·  3+ years experience in financial roles. Customer Finance, Controlling experience is an advantage
·  CIMA/ACCA qualification will be a significant advantage

·  Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to work under pressure
·  Able to interact and collaborate effectively in a wide network of stakeholders
·  Clarity of thinking – ability to see the big picture, whilst interested to dive into details
·  Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills (both in Hungarian and English language)
·  You have a challenging mindset, practive attitude with a sense of urgency when needed
·  You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are an example to others – both your results and your resilience. You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.
·  As an individual you are the one responsible for your own wellbeing and delivering high standards of work. You are humble and have your head up, looking around to interpret evidence and data smartly, spot issues and opportunities to make things better.
