WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

·       Reaching all sales targets by effectively and accurately using the company budget that is to develop sales operations

·       Making sure that business agreements with retailers are arranged with the team in the beginning of season openings,

·       Monitoring sales data and keeping current with current market trends and customer needs.

·       Making weekly reports of activities and evolution of the business to evaluate the current potential of the market and take actions accordingly,

·       Managing the sales of the right amount and variety of products to the right customer by using channel analysis,

·       Establishing product availability, optimum number of NPDs, recommended price display, correct product display, correct promotion application and visuality that will attract the shopper to the cabinet to turn the retailers into perfect stores (PS),

·       Representing the company as establishing relations with distributors and sales points at Unilever standards,

·       Ensuring route optimization in line with company targets & determining weekly visit frequencies,

·       Controlling the stocks according to the expiry date of the products in the warehouses and keeping the distributor at the most appropriate stock levels in the market

·       To ensure a holistic insight to data and evidence-base practice it is essential that you can leverage the insights from the external market and effectively communicate the value-adding data analysis to create tangible value for the organization

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

•             Preferably a bachelor's degree

•             Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•             Demonstrable and successful sales track record

•             Good technical background in product area is desirable

Skills

•             Good presentation skills

•             Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas

•             A degree in business studies would be an advantage

•             Good command of English is preferred
