Job description
Purpose of the role :
eCommerce Business in UFS has Strongly drive incremental growth during these 5 years, especially in driving incremental Turn Over (iTO). From Zero Contribution to 4% Contribution to total UFS National, from one digits Billion Rupiah to Two Digits Billion Rupiah (2018 TO: 1Bio / 2022 TO: 30Bio).
Through ecommerce channel and partnerships, we are able to generate more than 220K new online buyer with 300K number of transactions, where we can own these buyer databases to be nurtured and re-target. eCommerce is one of the channels that accelerate digital transformation to fuel growth through data driven and technology enabled Route-to-Market (RtM) capabilities. Our ambition is to contribute more than 5% from UFS total National target by 2025 with adding more strategic partnership (JBP) and marketing integration onsite and offsite campaign. Beside that ecommerce also have ambition to digitize current conventional RTM (Distributor and GT).
The focus of eCommerce Key Account Manager is to handling end to end business process from managing account, deliver marketing activations and campaigns, and reach sales target.
Key accountabilities :
Sales Responsibility:
· To drive sales and product penetration through ecommerce channels
· To reach monthly and yearly sales target
· To find new potential account/partner as well as maintain the existing in order to get source of growth
· Join business plan with partner (do business collaboration and business review to improve selling out performance in marketplace)
Marketing Strategy:
· Handling ecommerce account (direct supplier/ ecommerce enabler/marketplace) in end-to-end business flow from creating and deliver marketing strategy
· Manage and monitor official stores (promo activations, visibility, customer service, etc) and to apply perfect online store with 7 omni assets channel
· Work closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance
Experience :
· Essential:
· 1 – 3 years of working in digital and ecommerce field
· Experience in sales field
· Basics of Marketing Skill
· Content & Social media marketing
· Data analysis, creative problem solving
· Project conceptualization and execution
· Budget management
· Brand Activation
· Media planning
· Desirable:
· Preferable experience in eCommerce field
· Have a great digital and ecommerce mindset
· Digital Savvy
· Experience within FMCG with Automated Sales & Marketing is a Plus

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and perform under high pressure
· Have a medium to advanced understanding on marketing & PR event project management, media strategy/ planning, digital campaigning/ communication, traffic generation & optimization, content & social media marketing, SEO & marketing automation.
