MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and experienced professional who has proven performance and digital content and advertising expertise, to fill the Digital Hub Content Manager role. The person in this job will work in the Digital Hub and closely with the local U-Studio team to deliver best in class digital content, to meet Unilever's Data Driven Marketing needs.

The opportunity:

This new role will also be intrinsically linked to Unilever's global in-house digital agency, U-Studio. The Digital Hub Content Lead will be the day-to-day lead on projects for their location's Digital Hub, working with the local U-Studio Editor to ensure the correct resources are secured and managed according to Digital Hub delivery timelines.

This role will be focused on 2 key areas:
· Management of Data Driven Marketing assets and optimization process: working with local Digital Hub and U-Studio teams to ensure best practices are adhered to, resulting in high quality and timely creation and optimisation of assets via local U-Studio resource
· Cascading and reporting latest campaign learnings and case studies across Digital Hub Content Manager and U-Studio Editor networks

JOB SUMMARY

· Work with Digital Hub leads to forecast work, ensuring U-Studio resources are in place as needed
· Day to day management of content creation and optimization projects, through use of on-site U-Studio
· Step up, support development and delivery of better Digital & Social Advertising
· Supporting the U-Studio Editor and managing U-Studio resources and projects
· Be the leadership bridge between Digital Hub experts and U-Studio resources allocated to Data Driven Marketing projects
· Leadership:
· A leader who has a vision for how Unilever can be sector-leading in needs content and advertising, and has experience in and fully understands Data Driven Marketing, Needs Content, and Digital & Social Advertising – platforms, media, technology etc.

· Influence:
· A leader who is focused on the creation and optimization of content across consumer journey-driven strategy and is comfortable working with the Digital Hub team to optimize content through insights from data and analytics.
· A leader who can oversee and manage U-Studio resources to ensure that projects are delivered in the most efficient / timely / quality manner.

· Creative quality / output:
· A hands-on leader who can take an insight / brief direct U-Studio team to create and optimize content/assets that deliver the vision to the highest quality.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Relevant Degree or equivalent
· 3 years' relevant experience, i.e. driving and managing content
· Experience managing needs content, and social and digital advertising projects
· Data-driven marketing experience
· A publishing and/or content creation background
· Ideally worked in an agency environment servicing brands and marketing clients
