Main Purpose of the Job
As the Digital Commerce Activation Manager of SEE , one of the fastest growing, most creative, and dynamic channels where everyone is learning every new day, the job holder will be responsible for implementing the strategy-to-execution framework for SEE countries in the quick commerce channel.
On top, the Digital Commerce Activation Manager will lead the digital marketing agenda to plan and deliver seamless digital consumer experience through best-in-class digital campaigns.
The position is reporting to the East Europe Digital Commerce & South East & Central Europe Digital Marketing Lead.
Main Accountabilities
· Build data exchange partnerships within the channel with our key customers.
· Mirror tailor-made promotions online in cooperation with the Customers.
· Unlock demand through activating the right content and customer campaign planning and execution.
· Τraffic/conversion optimization, & strategy maintenance via P&L-based decision making.
· Implement retail media partnerships & manage optimization initiatives.
· Deliver financial and eMarket share delivery achieving revenue and profit targets.
· Monthly reporting to the respective regional & global e-commerce teams.
· Manage perfect execution of e-commerce fundamentals.
· Plan & deliver measurement insights to drive business actions.
· Manage OTIF delivery of digital assets collaborating closely with marketing & DMC teams.
· Provide an objective view of customer digital campaign performance and track agencies’ performance against the campaign targets.

Key Qualifications
· Postgraduate degree, preferably in eCommerce/ Digital Marketing.
· 3+ years of experience in/ working with Quick commerce/ OmniChannel customers.
· Experience in working with regional & global business teams and in customer activation campaigns will be considered as a plus.
· Fluent in English.
· High literacy in PC use (MS Office).
