JOB PURPOSE

The Country Regional Leader UFS is responsible for developing and executing joint business plans, with the objective of delivery business growth drivers (USG and end-to-end business management sell-in/sell-out execution) and market development (GGG) with profitability, building strong and productive customer relationships.  Responsible of seeking and proposing new growth distribution strategies. To increase brand share/penetration in assigned customers by building excellent business relationship with customers via solution selling.  Main point of contact for these key customers.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

·  Flawless activities execution: promotions, innovations and price increase.
·  Effectively manage trading terms and monitor growth plan.  • Regularly conduct customer business review.
·  Correct accruals collections on time.
·  Budget management execution.
·  Develop annual and monthly customer account plan for assigned accounts according to GGG Strategy to ensure turnover, volume, distribution, Sell Out, and gross margin target are met.
·  Do up analysis by customer in order to identify both short and long term business opportunity together with action plan which is in line with FS strategy/direction.
·  Formulate and maintain UFS sales standard operating procedures such as work plan, basic selling process, time management, effective coverage, stocks management, operational expenses and other related sales functions and activities to achieve sales force efficiency.
·  Implement agreed business development strategies for assigned account/s.
·  Gain insight & understanding into chain operators and leverage these commercial insights with channel marketing to create sustainable profitable business for both parties.
·  Drive Solution / Concept selling via ideation sessions and manage entire process from initial stage to launch stage.
·  Negotiate on price with customer to ensure the total volume and profit target are met. 
·  Build up strong relationship with customers by high quality services and solutions.
·  Co-ordinate with internal and external business support from Chef, Pull, DSR, R&D, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing and related functions in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

·  Minimum 2 years with relevant sales experience.
·  Proven people management and negotiation capabilities.
·  Ability to develop strategy, plan and implementing program of account plan (sell-in) and end user promo (sell-out) as well.

Desirable :

·  Two years of Customer Marketing or Trade Category Management.
·  Proficient English.
·  Possess knowledge and experience in Foodservice industry.
