Job responsibilities:
Performance media optimization
· Lead TM & TM Super & JD performance media management, including in-site media matrix planning, budget control, result review, sales performance & ROI monitoring.
· Evaluate the performance of key metrics like ROI, UV, Conversion, CPC, on a weekly basis with key stakeholder and agencies, and provide clear directions to agencies for improvement and ensure ROI & GMV deliveries.
· Track and analyze key competitors’ online performance landscape(search, PFM etc).
· Gatekeep for each brand lower & upper funnel media index
· Collaborate with teammates on DC campaign and content optimization.
Job requirements
· Bachelor degree above
· At least 2-3 years relevant ecommerce experience, FMCG preferred. Experience in performance media a plus
· Strong business and data analytical skills, and project management skills.
· Entrepreneurship, Strong growth mindset, good team collaboration.
· Fluent in Written and Spoken English
