Job Title: Brand Operations Excellence Executive (12 months contract)

Location: Malaysia

About the Role

Joining Unilever’s marketing team, this role will be important to drive excellent executions for all marketing-related operations, ensuring all the roll-out plans and processes are met to achieve On Time and Full executions to reach consumers.

 

This role will require the individual to be independent, organized, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders from different cross functions, and manage multiple brands in a category.  Coordination, organization, and administrative skills are critical for this role to ensure the excellent roll-out of marketing plans.

 

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

The incumbent will provide support for the Brand Building Activities and Project Development executions, as well as coordinate and liaise with the cross-functional team, agencies, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and execution of promotion co-packing, sponsorship, events, and activations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Executions

· 
Manage roll-out executions of marketing launches, including but not limited to campaign in-store executions, trade promotions, and contests.

· 
Adaptation of Marketing collaterals to Point of Sales Materials (POSM) for nationwide and all Key Accounts, and able to execute impactful in-store displays.

· 
Innovation and Renovation project administration, including Code creation, a basic understanding of SAP system and Market Development Model (MDM) processes.

· 
Upload and manage the price maintenance and ensure the listing info is updated for key project launches.

E-Commerce

· 
Adaptation of eCommerce digital assets, creating Mega Events eCommerce assets, maintenance of e-Comm on-site visuals (product information, education information, videos, etc.)

· 
Liaise with Key Accounts for promo mechanics.

· 
Manage eCommerce live streaming executions.

Product Management

· 
Plan for Stock and supply management by working closely with potential event sponsors.

· 
Sends out listing samples to respective channels/agencies, and follows up with respective stakeholders (supply, receiving party).

· 
Liaise with respective functions and agencies to execute co-packing projects and prepare documents for import/export of samples.

· 
Manage stickering and co-packing for brand-related promotions.

Travel:

No travel is required.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

· 
Bachelor's Degree.

· 
1 to 2 years experience in brand/product management/marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· 
A basic appreciation of Marketing fundamentals and processes.

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

· 
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· 
Project management and coordination.
