We’re establishing three Legal Powerhouses in Bangalore, Mexico City and Barcelona, which will be an integral part of the Legal Function and provide defined, structured services to our other lawyers and to the wider business.
JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for a Brand Manager Jr – Skip to join our Home Care team in our Barcelona office.
You will work with a multifunctional team to implement plans in the market and monitor performance of the brand. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams: Global & Regional Marketing, Consumer and Market Insights (CMI), Customer Strategic Planning (CSP), sales teams, finance team and the Digital Hub. You will also work closely with external partner agencies: media agency, PR agency, and influencer marketing agency.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
This role is a high visibility role within the Home Care business with responsibilities in the In Home (Retail) channel. A fantastic opportunity for a passionate marketeer looking to work in one of the best consumer goods brands,
· Support the Marketing Manager to develop and deploy the brand marketing plan.
· Responsible for the brand and competitors’ performance analysis (sell in & sell out analysis), identifying opportunities and provide recommendations on the brand’s plan.
· Development and adaptation of brand communication assets.
· Leads overall digital brand strategy and implementation in coordination with the Digital Hub team.
· Lead and deliver brand projects in coordination with cross-functional teams.
· Assist in the brand’s day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
· Build productive working relationship with CSP, BG, Wester-Europe Cluster, R&D, CMI, Finance and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations.
· Monthly control of brand budget.

Experiences & Qualifications
· University degree, with an emphasis in business.
· +3 years relevant, progressive marketing experience in FMCG.
· Digital knowledge/experience is a must, influencer marketing experience desirable.
· Project management and strong knowledge of financials is also required.
· Business planning and implementation experience.
· Proficient Level of Spanish and English as a Language.
