JOB PURPOSE
The DEO Brand Manager will focus on overseeing the iconic Axe brand, a key player within Unilever's Personal Care Business (including Dove, Rexona, AXE, Dove Men+Care), with a primary business area in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to lead dynamic marketing projects, collaborating with local teams and the East Europe PC Business Unit, contributing to Unilever's growth in the markets.
In summary, this role offers a unique chance to shape the future of Axe and other Unilever deodorant brands in Poland, leading strategic and operational initiatives with a focus on long-term brand success and market growth.
We offer fixed-term contract for one year with possibility of contract extension for indefinite period of time.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Strategic Planning:

Participate in designing and executing brand marketing plans, ensuring long-term consistency of the brand message and contributing strategically to the brand's overall strategy

Drive efforts to sustain and enhance brand equity through the implementation of long-term strategies aligned with the brand's vision and objectives
·
Lead innovation execution in the market
2. Operational Planning:
·
Prepare and submit Activity Plans on brand level, ensuring alignment with Job To Be Done (JTBD) and key market drivers
·
Continuously understand the market at consumer and shopper levels (brand measures, competition monitoring, media, and consumer/shopper behaviours)
·
Own and drive the preparation and execution of full packages for national promotions, launches, relaunches, and activations
3. Operations:
·
Responsible for P&L; actively contribute to Business Team work, leading respective projects, and providing updates and feedback
·
Monitor and understand market share development and contribute to portfolio management
·
Own respective budgets (ATL, BTL) and contribute to price monitoring
·
Define media & communication plans and execute Brand Communication/Activation across all channels
4. Communication:
·
Prepare presentations of activity plans and trade presentations for sales meetings
·
Communicate big events to the field force, preparing consumer/shopper/category/channel parts based on inputs from BBT and CATMAN
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
·
Experience in marketing with at least 2-3 years’ experience in managing brands
·
Potential to understand all aspects of business management and marketing effectiveness theories and concepts
·
Self-driven, independent & pro-active person with high self-motivation
·
Good creative and initiative skills
·
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
