About the Role
As a brand manager for Hungary you'll focus on profitable growth and local consumers. This is critical role as it interfaces between Unilever universe, its business partners ecosystem and internal business partners to drive brand equity and develop demand for our products in Hungary. It is critical role in developing new ways of working & new marketing model, supporting the digital transformation of 1:1 relations with consumers.
We are looking for an inspiring leader who will participate in our ongoing expansion and help us take the performance and management of our marketing team and activities to yet another level. It's a position combining the need for the highest level of offline and online advertising expertise with exceptional people management skills. It's a challenging, demanding assignment that presents a huge potential to grow.
Responsibilities:
Transform & develop our business:
· Strategize and plan our long-term marketing efforts on local markets
· Lead the thinking process of Business Plans to ensure development of innovative, solid and consumer driven business plans that will generate profitable growth. Develop yearly Category and Brand plans (and P&L's) in full synergy with the long-term plan. Lead and run the Innovation Business Planning for the Category.
· Focus on driving scalable and unique ideas, synergies and marketing productivity at all touch points.
· Developing portfolio according to specific consumer's, shopper's and hyper-channel's needs.
· Adaptation, amplification, efficient and effective execution of all marketing projects in accordance with brand strategies and business plan activities. Development of the final communication strategy
· Manage the marketing campaigns with the use of multiple channels and tools.
· Localize, launch and track campaigns across digital, social for both consumers and customers; prepare materials for post analyses;
· Keep a pulse on the marketplace situation and create on the spot, business-driven campaigns
· Content strategy and execution: create and execute content strategy, manage agencies on localization & translations, increase follower base, manage positive WOM & influencers activation, provide social sentiment analysis;
Collaborate with the entire ECO-SYSTEM
· Assuring smooth collaboration with all internal stakeholders. Assure seamless communication between the Marketing Department and other departments, as well as the regional teams. Manage strategy, planning and execution of growth initiatives across the region that will help develop the brand and engage customers across the region.
· Manage relationships with 3rd-party agencies.

· Deliver results, creating value for our Brands, our System, our customers, and key stakeholders.
· Manage the brand budget/P&L driving business priorities and aligning it with the big bets.
· Responsible for forecast accuracy on specific brand level (included in KPI's);
· Provide clear, executive-level reporting on a regular basis to provide clarity into the performance of online campaigns for the rest of the company and its leadership
· Prepare presentations of the activity plans (context, objectives, priorities) and trade presentations for the sales meetings: category cascades, Customer Development briefings, customers' workshops.

· Lead Country Category Team work: own & lead respective projects, puts forwards issues, share updates with the team, give and receive feedback.
Requirements:
· Marketing capabilities: deep knowledge of content, campaigns development and CRM. 2-3 year experience in marketing in BEAUTY & PERSONAL CARE category.
· Strong, proven leadership skills with a track record of success. Team management experience.
· Analytical mindset: you approach problems from an inquisitive and scientific perspective and are always looking for data to help make decisions, but you know how to balance quantitative and qualitative insights.
· Growth hacking: you know how to meticulously unpack the key levers for growing a business through keen analysis and scientific experimentation, and love experimenting new stuff
· Project Management: ability to project-manage and multitask at scale, working with cross functional groups and external third parties as required, with demonstrated leadership of leading initiatives and projects at your organization
· Customer Obsessed: a passion for consumer experiences, with ability to use research and data to drive actionable insights and improve the customer experience
· Great communication and interpersonal skills: to work effectively across multiple functions in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
· Hands-on experience in digital – new models of marketing.
· English fluency
· Highly able to work independently
· Self-driven & pro-active person with high self-motivation;
