We are looking to hire a resource in our Brand Building team bases in Mumbai HO.

This is a Brand Building role in the tea category. The primary responsibility is to identify growth opportunities and lead cross functional teams to unlock these for the business. The role will benefit from and help build skills such as consumer love, growth mindset, channel understanding, media understanding and teamwork. It is an opportunity to work on an exciting set of challenges in a well-established category.

Here is an indicative summary of responsibilities:

·  Develop an in depth understanding of the regional consumer and competition dynamics to unlock growth opportunities for Taaza and other local jewels
·  Analyse internal and external data to identify issue/opportunities and actions upon them
·  Work with media agencies and internal teams to deploy communication across traditional and non traditional media
·  Driving a Cross-Functional teams for network delivery including but not limited to price changes, new SKU launches, product improvements, etc. (Cross functional = SC, Finance, R&D and Sales)
·  Facilitating the product development & testing process for renovations
·  Manage end to end asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital) & project management processes

Key Skills & Requirement:

·  Master’s degree in marketing or business administration OR equivalent.
·  Experience in working in a cross-functional team to deliver projects.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
·  Strong Project Management skills, a bias for action and ownership
·  Core aspects underpinning all skills: Rigor, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers.
·  This role will involve up to 20% of travel depending on business requirement
