Job Location-Chennai/Bangalore

In this role, you will partner CD WL1ABC in South and work closely with the CD leadership team to drive the People Strategy for the function. The team reports into the Branch HR Manager for South.

Key Accountabilities:

Talent & Organization

• Incentive & Payroll Management: Managing incentive and BU Bonus computation & payroll inputs for timely roll out of incentive for South CD WL1ABC

• Performance Management: Data anchor for mid & end year Developmental forum and following up with actions of moves, promotions and PIP management.

• Drive key CD India priorities such as cross laning talent to organized trade and ensuring gender diversity at WL1ABC.

Learning & Development

• Along with your BHRE counterpart, you will drive people and capability development for the branch to ensure CD WL1ABC is equipped to perform roles across channels of the future or expertise functions such as CSP, E-Com etc.

• Anchoring branch focused manager upskilling initiatives

• Designing and implementing Running bridge & transition programmes for grooming top talent in WL1 as part of succession planning & cross-laning efforts

Legal Affairs

• Driving the Wellbeing agenda for the branch

• Manage statutory and CAD compliance for South branch

• Manage BBSM union engagement and staff payroll

Experience and qualifications required:

• Advanced Excel skills & Data analytics experience is a MUST

• 2 years of work experience in HR

• Ability to network and build relationships

• Ability to influence stakeholders

• Ability to design & deliver initiatives end to end

• Excellent attention to detail, rigour and data management

• Effective communication skills among diverse audiences
