Assistant Capability Manager

Unilever is currently hiring for an Assistant Capability Manager

The purpose of the role;

Building a learning strategy, framework, and Capability Plan for CBD Turkey that is aligned and coordinated with Global Learning and Global CBD Capability strategies while also addressing the needs of the CBD Team in Turkey. To create a detailed Capability development plan in accordance with the channel structure, RTM, and strategic business priorities of the CBD teams and to ensure that these priorities are also included in the development plan by cooperating with the business unit leaders.

Responsibilities:

·  Developing a comprehensive learning strategy, and training plan for CBD Turkey, harmoniously aligned and coordinated with Global Learning and Global CBD Capability objectives.
·  Create a strategic learning plan to increase engagement with the training agenda.
·  Ensure the implementation and development of the created agenda through monitoring, reporting, and feedback tracking.
·  Follow-up of the Global Learning agenda with Global CBD Capability, sharing and implementation of newly arrived training to the relevant teams.
·  Work closely with channel leaders to create, coordinate, and manage a training agenda tailored to channel-specific needs.
·  Effectively plan and manage their allocated budget for the Capability agenda.
·  Plan & organize workshops and training sessions within the agenda scope, as prioritized by the company (e.g., Diversity, Agile Working, Safety, etc.).

Job Requirements:

·  At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Capability Development
·  A strong sense of ownership and accountability
·  Being eager to work closely with multinational teams
·  Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English is a must
·  Excellent level of Excel and Power Point skills
·  Good Understanding of FMCG or Sales organization.
