Our key objectives as D&A are to:
Set the Unilever data strategy and lay the foundations to maximise the value of our data. Deliver the connected Data Platform to accelerate access to integrated and trusted data at scale across the company for analytics and decisions. Embed core data and analytics capabilities , leading to automation, AI, and Big Data to boost Unilever’s decision intelligence. Lead the Data and Analytics Culture to build a future-fit workforce that values and adopts data-intelligent decision-making across all levels.

Role Profile
If you are passionate about data and analytics and have a zeal to partner products serving the marketing & media teams then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a go-getter who can understand business priorities as well as technical intricacies to deliver fit-for-purpose capabilities in the reporting and analytics space.
You will work to understand specifics of KPIs that matter to Unilever from a Media investments, digital marketing, & performance marketing point of view. You will also be involved in reporting & analytics strategy discussions hence you will work closely with business teams who own these KPIs as well as with technology teams who will help develop & deploy these capabilities. You will also be expected to define automation scope and deliver it for capabilities. You will also lead discussions with the backend teams who will help you provision the data for your tools.
As a product owner of the analytical capabilities, you will be the bridge between business users and the product development team to define and develop product features that meets the needs / opportunities of business users.
Key Accountabilities

Business partner with cross functional stakeholders (Especially in marketing and media teams)
·
Define product roadmaps in-line with business priorities
·
Define KPI’s for analytical capabilities– Users, Usage, NPS, Financial Impact etc
·
Lead the technology delivery team responsible for developing & landing the innovations
·
Participate in solution design as well as project planning
·
Program management for capabilities under the Data and Analytics remit

We are looking for someone with a technical as well as business acumen to partner business stakeholders as well as technology delivery teams, leading techno-functional deliveries.

Essential Experience
·
Product owner Experience with reporting and analytics capabilities with global footprint (preferably 4+ years)
·
Ability to communicate complex analytic and data science solutions in a precise, and actionable manner to senior management.
·
Product backlog prioritization with business stakeholders while evaluating technical feasibility & timelines
·
Experience in Data / Analytics including experience working with Marketing / Market Research/ Media functions.
·
Requirement gathering experience and ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks by the technology team.
Desirable Experience

Understanding of marketing / consumer research/performance marketing / eCommerce KPIs from an analytical standpoint

Budget Management experience

Data modelling experience

Conducting fit-gap analyses & design workshops with business stakeholders
