We are looking for an Assistant NRM Manager to work in our NRM business.
What you can expect from The Role:
· Creating profitable growth strategies for the company to maximize the profit and revenue by 5 levers of Revenue Management (Brand Portfolio Pricing, Pack/Price Architecture, Channel and Mix Management, Promotion Management, Trade Terms Management),
· Performing periodical, structural and systematic analysis on Revenue Growth Management for Personal Care categories.
· Creating and managing executive dashboards via using BI tools such as Power BI that follow profit, pricing, market share, channel mix and category actions.
· Creating and evolving the pricing regression models and leveraging the output to create ad-hoc analysis or assist short/mid-term decision making.
· Supporting the growth and development of Trade Promotion Optimization capability. Assessing historical promotional event performance, designing of the new promotions to maximize ROI and improving predictive capabilities for forecasting.
· Supporting the NRM Capability Building Agenda via organizing training sessions to place the NRM mindset to center of the company.
Does this sound like You?
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, data science and related fields, preferably past experience as Data Analyst / Data Scientist,
· Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation,
· Hands-on experience using data/ analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc…),
· Being eager to work closely with multinational teams and with top management.
· Strong Excel and database management (SAS, SQL, SPSS) analytics tools experience,
· Being accustomed to Phyton or similar software programming languages is an asset,
· Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
