JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

·  CMP Planning with brand team (BMI request). 
BMI(Budget) Management & Regular update for category leads. 
·  End To end POSM management from production-Receive- Deployment and Audit Stake holder management 3Ps and vendors PO,GRN and payment Follow Up. 
·  Lead PS end to end (Expansion, 4P Compliance and performance follow up. 
·  CTA management and update with brand team. 
·  POSM creativity and Artwork management with stake holders. 
·  Lead Shopper insight and channel DNA researches. 
·  Digitization, Data analysis and expertise on expertise on data driven decisions. 
·  Regular capability building and training for Ground team. 
·  Manage Pulse KPI on quarterly basis. 
·  Regular market Visit and Firsthand insight of shoppers and traders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

·  Two years customer facing, account management experience is an advantage
·  Two years brand building experience is an advantage
