JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire an assistant manager for the media center of excellence for the design principles

Job Requirements:

Some of the job requirements are appreciation of business demands from media, and mediums available to deploy.

What you’ll need to succeed

·  Brand Strategy: some experience of success with building small brands on any platform/media – through awareness or performance marketing
·  Appreciation of differences in consumer experiences across mediums – traditional/digital
·  Proven record on delivery of agendas
·  Ability to translate broad principles into specific experiments.
·  Strong Analytical capability: Leverage data to come up with actionable insight.
·  Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence their thinking and create ways of working that are comfortable for everyone without compromising on outcomes.

Key Skills & Requirement:

·  Masters/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in Business or Media specific roles.
·  Ability and willingness to question the status quo.
·  The candidate should display a very high Bias for action, stakeholder management & project management skills.
