Job description

TL Social eCommerce Owner & DP management

·  Recover Douyin and Redbook business;
·  Manage and guide DP’s operation strategy, plans and execution in terms of RTB, merchandising, activity planning, content, customer service and logistics;
·  Develop and manage KOL agency to achieve sales target of KOL LS;
·  Develop and manage instore LS to achieve ROI and sales target;
·  Evaluate the performance of key metrics like GPM, Conversion, Content marketing and CRM on a weekly basis;
·  Keep good relationship with social platform;

Business Analysis & Reporting

·  Analysis of sales performance, traffic performance, CRM campaigns and social value chain.

Qualifications

·  Minimum 1 year experience in social eCommerce;
·  Excellent communication skills with strong adaptability and willing of learning into a social business environment;
·  Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and outgoing, can work as a team with DP & KOL agency.
