We are looking for an Assistant DT Region Manager – Diyarbakır to work within Customer Development in DT Channel.

Your Role:

The purpose of the role is to develop and execute the customer strategy and the customer business plan as well as to drive the growth and profitability agenda within DT Channel.

Key responsibilities include the following: 

·  Managing and developing the relationship with the Customers,
·  Developing, implementing and optimizing the customer strategy,
·  Delivering, monitoring and reviewing the plan,
·  Providing customer and channel understanding,
·  Managing the customer P&L for the respective categories,
·  Negotiating trade terms and trade funding,
·  Managing customer operations,
·  Working in close collaboration with the Category Managers for the category input, and with customer marketing for the banner/channel plan,
·  Ensuring effective use of trade spend with your customers,
·  Driving & monitor Perfect Store execution KPI,
·  Evaluating implementation of promotional & merchandising activities,
·  Inputting into the S&OP process including forecasting,
·  Working closely with Customer Service to improve performance,
·  Monitoring Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for major categories in order to maximize opportunities in customer/region,
·  Leadership – ability to enable, envision, energize direct and indirect team – and driving for results.

·  At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Development

·  Customer and Shopper centric mindset
·  Fluent Turkish language writing - understanding proficiency
