Job description

Job Responsibilities:

INNOVATION & RENOVATION

·  Closely working with global international expansion team and X functions (eg. SC, legal, Finance etc.) to ensure on-time launch by:

building a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers.

landing the brand & product with localized positioning.

anchoring precise TA to establish a new professional brand image via right communication strategy.

·  Assisting product launch management; building launch plans & activities, channel strategies (promotions, POS…), customer sell-in, legal & regulatory issues etc.
·  Cooperating with insight team to help identify white space, consumer analysis and competitor landscape identifications to assist build long term portfolio strategy.

BRAND MARKETING PLAN

Supports the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment by:

·  Accountable for the execution of integrated marketing campaign and support on channel activities to ensuring consistency, high quality & on-time delivery, to take initiative and efficiently influence & co-work with x function for business delivery.
·  Good in brand and digital/social communication to build the brand awareness, relevance, and consumer affinity.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

·  Responsible for the Full P&L of brand business and business effectiveness and efficiency/ROI, identify solutions and make recommendations to improve business effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
·  Accountable for the brand performance analysis/study and brand health by constantly evaluating performance of campaign activities and implementation against measurable objectives.

Job Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree above
·  At least 3 years relevant marketing experience, FMCG preferred, BD/BB end-to-end experience preferred.
·  Solid Project Management experience.
·  Keen on consumer understanding, shopper understanding, E-comm, social understanding to drive mix excellence.
·  Analytical skills, ability to translate data into insights to drive actions and results.
·  Experience to build brand 0-1 preferred.
·  Fluent in Written and Spoken English
·  Entrepreneurship & Strong growth mindset
