Assistant Brand Manager – H&W

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

BRAND MARKETING PLAN ：

·  Accountable for the execution of integrated marketing campaign to ensuring consistency, high quality & on-time delivery
·  Good in brand and digital/social communication to build the brand awareness, relevance and consumer affinity
·  Accountable for the analysis of brand performance and brand health by constantly evaluating performance of campaign activities and implementation against measurable objectives.
·  Able to identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
·  Deliver specific brand projects eg. co-branding with a major retailer or IP
·  Able to translate medical claims into consumer friendly selling point to institution and key opinion leaders

INNOVATION & RENOVATION

·  Assist product launch management; building launch plans and channel strategies, Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.
·  Coop with insight team to help identify white space, consumer analysis and competitor landscape identifications to assist build long term portfolio strategy

Job Requirements:

·  Bachelor degree above
·  At least 3 years relevant marketing experience , FMCG preferred
·  Solid Project Management experience.
·  Fluent in Written and Spoken English
·  Entrepreneurship & Strong growth mindset
