Assistant Brand Manager – Dove

Job description
Job scope:
1. Support Dove retail business strategy landing, including portfolio plan cross channels, in-store activations, regionality plan and annual activation plan.
2.Support monthly retailbusiness analysis review. Familiar with Nielsen, Kantar and etc systems for monthly business tracking.
3. Lead brand campaign project, build by region/customer customized support plan.
4. Support brand level communication and key assets delivery, and media plan. Include offline activation, POSM development; and monthly media planning & tracking.
5. Lead in-store activity to drive offtake, proactively lead in-store activation planning, crafting the ideas, set & lock instore activities closely with sales partners.
6. Familiar with product development cycle and innovation deployment planning
7. Lead innovation launch plan in retail channels.
8. Support budget planning and tracking.
Requirements on potential talent:
1. 3+ year work experience in FMCG marketing or central sales
2. Strategic thinking and business acumen
3. High commitment to work, strong resilience.
4. Multi-task capability.
