JOB TITLE: Assistant Brand Manager - Comfort
JOB LOCATION: Shanghai
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing Plan
· Support annual Comfort IBP planning to translate brand vision into communication and activation plan
· Develop annual marketing calendar on EC (incl. ALI/JD/PDD etc.), leverage brand marketing resource to create mega campaigns and drive offtake
· Develop Comfort always-on brand social seeding strategy (incl. Douyin/Redbook etc.), drive seeding effectiveness from planning, execution to post-tracking
EC Business development
· Lead Brand EC monthly building block planning and tracking
· Lead monthly brand business review & monitor competitors’ performance with defend actions
· Build B2C launch plan for innovations and deliver sales target in business case
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree above with at least 2+ years relevant marketing experience, FMCG preferred.
· Solid understanding of EC ecosystem and key customers (Ali, JD, Super,PDD), social seeding experience preferred.
· Strategic thinking and business acumen
· Strong growth mindset and result driven with strong resilience and commitment to work
· Fluent in Written and Spoken English
