Unilever International , as intrapreneurs, we introduce Unilever’s brands into white space geographies like Korea, Pacific Islands, Mongolia, and spearhead launches of iconic household brands like Dove, Lifebuoy, Sunlight, Fair & Lovely, TRESemme into big markets like U.S, China, Europe and SEAA. As Unilever’s growth engine, we establish global white space businesses in key channels such as Health & Beauty, Discounters, E-Commerce, alternate channels such as travel retail, marketing to institutional partners like the United Nations, and seeding Unilever brands to overseas diaspora who crave for a taste of their familiar home brands.
Administrative Assistant Unilever International- (1 Year Contract)
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. This role involves a combination of clerical, organizational, and communication tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for management personnel.
· Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the management team.
· Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
· Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
· Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
· Assistant with the business development managers in different regions
· Liaise with relevant authorities, legal teams, and employees to ensure compliance with visa regulations.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role will be a plus.
· Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken).
· Ability to travel when needed.
