Job description

Projects / Tasks to be assigned:

Support Direct Cost Analysis for the China Market – 30%

·  Consolidate requirements, impact estimation, and cost-saving estimates in collaboration with the China team

Improve the Budget Preparation Process at the Regional Level – 30%

·  Focus on enhancing data collection and consolidation the feedback from Maison to identify ways to improve efficiency
·  Quarterly to estimate the transportation cost to Maison
·  Based on the current resource we only able to support the ad-hoc analysis and continue doing the consolidation manually

Update Reporting to Provide Trends to Relevant Parties at the Regional Level – 20%

·  Produce regular operational reports for regional and local teams
·  Facilitate the new KPI setup in collaboration with HQ and local teams
·  Provide the breakdown to the relevant parties

Build a Robot for Data Extraction from GTS at the Regional Level – 20% 

·  After consulting with the HQ Logistics team and the Regional Data team, we found that there is currently no BI report available for SAP-GTS, so it cases that we need to download the report from the operation system manually.
·  Roughly estimated that the entire APAC Logistics team spends approximately 21 hours downloading data from the report

Candidate Requirement:

Qualifications

·  Proven experience in data extraction, reporting, and analysis, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
·  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively
·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
·  Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
·  Experience with SAP-GTS or similar systems is a plus
