Responsibilities

· 
PR & Events:

· 
Press shooting coordination and review press materials and translations

· 
Participate in event concept and brand storytelling ideation and execution 

· 
Support on event logistics, liaising with suppliers and boutique teams

· 
Support on marketing / event reports, sharing competitor best practices 

· 
Administration:

· 
Inventory & delivery coordination: gift, and PLV

· 
Responsible for PO creations & Vendor creation

· 
Process vendors’ quotation and invoicing
