Job description
Our Talent Acquisition Partner are change agents for conceptualizing and driving a new wave of proactive sourcing for recruitment, by embracing and spreading new practices and behaviors and ensuring a strategic approach to anticipating & filling staffing needs.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, engage, and animate a pipeline of candidates for the diverse roles in the organization, they will also define the optimized direct sourcing strategy and apply it to their associated org units, which will include defining the channels of search.
This role will also offer some variety through supporting the wider HR Team on HR topics such as performance management, employee relations and project management.
We are on the search for a Talent Partner to join our HR Team on a 12-month FTC . This is an exciting opportunity to join an engaging team of HR Experts and work cross functionally on Talent Acquisition and HR Initiatives. We’re open to speak to profiles that have a Talent Acquisition background or a HR Generalist who shares our enthusiasm on creating moments that matter with our candidates in the Talent Acquisition Process.
How will you experience success with us?
· Responsible for Talent Acquisition Activities that will utilize the full potential of the market in getting the best talent (including defining sourcing channels, encouraging a collaborative recruitment approach with the business, and upkeeping quality of advertising opportunities via social media), while staying in line with the TA vision.
· Ensure success by supplying external talents in a timely manner to appease the business needs, while nurturing your pipelines for long term success and external succession planning purposes.
· Bring value in terms of strategic partnership with the business, providing market and talent insights to Hiring Managers and the HR community, to help drive long term success.
· Be the ambassador / first point of contact for the candidate and deliver impactful Watchfinder message to attract, connect and engage with candidates. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and pre-assessment process.
· Participating in the launch of recruitment with line manager & HRBP and job description alignment.
· A thorough pre-assessment to identify the best skilled and best fit candidates for further interview.
· Formalization of short written feedback provided in the central ATS to be available to the HRBP.
· Enter the shortlisted candidate profiles in the recruitment SAP system.
Key HR Responsibilities
· Provide additional support to HRBP team with broader ER activity.
· Build effective relationships, providing managers, supervisors and associates with professional, proactive support and coaching on people management issues in cases related to skills, capability and performance management.

The right skills:
· 2-3 years of overall business experience. Preferably with some experience in a recruitment agency or talent acquisition team or HR Generalist background.
· Effective communication skills, ability to engage and convince potential passive candidates.
· Can Master Boolean Research.
· Is able to navigate and master the various online and offline sourcing channels.
