Job description
Key Responsibilities
· Contribute to the market’s overall action plan creation and commercial targets.
· Keeps curious about competition and environment whilst documenting all brands projects in your field of expertise.
· Contribute to budget and forecasting.
· Contribute to the branding plan by iterating ideas for adapted local communication, public relations programs, and client experiences journeys to elevate the brands.
· Contribute to the market’s Sales and Marketing strategy, implement local projects.
Sales Operational Tasks
· Processing of clients orders in SAP
· Inform clients re availability of stock, delivery lead times etc.
· Work in collaboration with Sales & Operations and Marketing Managers, Finance Team, Logistics & CS Team to ensure client receives ordered goods as quickly as possible.
· Organize and monitor client master data changes in SAP (with MDM of RLGE)
· Update and maintain Sell in - Sell Out Reports (Booster)
· Keep the clients and sales managers informed as to the status of their order at all times
· Checking the accuracy of invoices
· Work with Sales & Operations Managers as well as Finance Department to monitor client payments and ensure credit limits and payment terms are adhered to
· Maintenance of client data files and accurate records of monthly Wholesale Department sales figures/ delivery status/ Backorder per customer for Sales & Marketing Manager and Finance Department.
· Investigation of client complaints and liaison with other departments to resolve them as quickly as possible.
· Work with central merchandisers for deliveries of PLV materials.
Marketing Tasks
· Contribute to the development and roll-out of action plans to locally maximize the brands’ equity, exposure, and visibility for the market, including events, online and offline media and press
· Management of marketing & POS material/stock, ordering via SAP and opening new
vendors in the system when needed
· Implementation of boutiques & shop in shop concepts within the market
· Responsible for each touchpoint’s image in term of visual merchandising
· Coordinating approval of advertisement and visuals
· Monitoring PR activities and reporting achievements
· Supporting of local events
· Contribute to activities as defined for each action plan in alignment between local and regional teams.
Key Requirements
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and re-prioritize by adapting flexibly to changes
· Team player, willingness to support and curiosity to learn
· High attention to detail and ability to plan and monitor deadlines in order to drive processes autonomously
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt communication style to different interlocutors
· Advanced Turkish language and Fluent English required
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
· Proficient user of SAP
Education
Bachelor or Master Degree
