Sales Associate (6 months contract)

Job description

JOB PURPOSE 

The Sales Associate – Contract is responsible for supporting the boutique team in customer experience, create sales opportunities and deliver extraordinary service that surpasses client expectations. 

  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

· 
Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times 

· 
Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience 

· 
Build sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximize sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty 

· 
Assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors in every aspect of the sales process  

· 
Promote a culture of service excellency within the boutique 

· 
Create unique, memorable and awe-inspiring experiences for customers to keep them engaged with the brand  

· 
Ensure inventory is properly maintained, secured and accounted for via regular stock- takes and product maintenance 

· 
Assist in organizing and implementing regular, in-store marketing activations 

  

QUALIFICATIONS 

· 
Minimum 1 year experience working in a luxury environment 

· 
Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with positive outlook 

· 
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills 

· 
Experience working with a diverse client base
