Job description
How will you make an impact?
· Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process
· Develop sales initiatives incl. high price item sales activities
· Greet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
· Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts
· Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock
· Stock shelves with merchandise
How will you experience success with us?
· Fluent in Italian,English
· Previous experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales function will be considered a plus
· Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
· Excellent communication and storytelling skills
· Result and action oriented with strong selling skills
· Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
· Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mindset
· Strong attention to details with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
