Job description
Main Purpose
To guarantee the retail operating support for Roger Dubuis in Korea aligned with corporate guidelines and procedures. To Support Retail Team and Brand for general operations and management.
Key responsibility 1 : Retail administration & support to retail team
Managing sales materials / boutique accessories (ordering, import and distribution, inventory management )
Follow up general boutique requests (IT System & Issue Reporting, implementation, maintenance, and general support)
Support on administrative tasks (SAP Vendor & PO creations, invoices, etc.)
Ensure to actively participate in strategic projects such as boutique openings/relocations/closings
Key responsibility 2 : CRM & e-Commerce Assistant
Support data enhancement projects (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, the VIEW) and monitor CRM data capture regularly checking CRM system
Manage orders, handle exchange and returns, and ensure smooth operation of e-Boutique
Cooperate work with relevant internal team, boutique and HQ
Role Competencies
