PRIMARY DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The main purpose of the Richemont Watchmaking Course applicant is to participate in this program at the NAIOSW at the Richemont Technical Center for a period of 13 months, top further their career in the field of watchmaking, by learning all that is necessary to graduate at a Level 1 watchmaker supporting different functions of the Repair Operation.
The thirteen months will cover the following:
MANUAL TECHNIQUE COURSE ACTIVITIES
SERVICE PRINCIPLES COURSE ACTIVITIES
ANALYSIS AND REGULATION COURSE ACTIVITIES
CHRONOGRAPH AND REVIEW COURSE ACTIVITIES
Criteria to Apply:
- Must be working at a Technician Level for at least 18 months after successfully completing the Richmont Encasing Technician Course
- Must be in good standing with a MPJ rating at either “Meets Expectations” or Exceeds Expectations”
- This educational opportunity will require in-person interviews.

Personal Skills:
Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment is required
Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
Maintain a neat workspace at all times (includes all workspaces/areas)
Program 40 hours a week, starting Monday, March 16th 2026 and ending thirteen months later on Friday, April 16th 2027.
