For a 12-month period, the Maison Jaeger-LeCoultre is looking for a dedicated and motivated candidate to join the Operations Team as an Operations & Commercial Management Trainee (m/f/d) reporting to the Operations and Performance Manager.

 

YOUR MISSIONS

Sales Operations Management

  • Be a direct point of contact for national and international partners across Jaeger-LeCoultre’s distribution network in Northern and Eastern Europe
  • Support and engage with internal and external stakeholders across distribution channels (retail and wholesale) managing client requests: e.g., watch and accessories order management, credit note management and assistance with B2B digital tools
  • Drive B2B partnerships delivering excellent client support

Performance and Analytics

  • Monitor performance of commercially driven initiatives and support follow-up process
  • Increase reporting efficiency on selected commercial key metrics building and enriching dedicated reports
  • Perform ad-hoc analytical requests and visualize data for management presentations

Multichannel Project Management

  • Support 360° market projects, integral to the annual calendar, in collaboration with head office and boutique teams as well as internal and external parties
  • Show ownership handling end-to-end operational processes, from planning to communication and follow-up

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies in economics or comparable fields
  • First experience in the commercial field, luxury is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Analytical talent driving actionable insights
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate, proactive, enthusiastic, agile learner
  • Ability to multitask and understand priorities
  • Detail-oriented approach to work
