Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
Coach and performance manage sales teams on extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude in order to deliver a shopping experience that surpasses client expectations.
Lead by example with a majority of time spent on the sales floor and achieving boutique target sales and profitability
Contribute – personally and via team encouragement – to actively building and maintaining boutique client book, following up leads and keeping existing clients active
Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize strategies and implement in-store and local events with the goal of generating new business opportunities and grow customer base
Product and Competitor Knowledge
Ensure that all team members have mastered the Roger Dubuis brand and collection stories and share them with clients
Develope sales teams’ knowledge of watchmaking craft and vocabulary, and Roger Dubuis products
Ensure sales team familiarity with key competitor brands and product lines
Store Operations
Actively ensure the correct application of all store procedures: opening/closing, security, sales and stock
Contribute to effective stock management (inventory checks, stock level) according to KPIs
Responsible in ensuring the respect of display and grooming guidelines; ensure impeccable conditions in the boutique
Resolve client concerns/disputes/complaints in order to ensure client satisfaction and restore confidence
Ensure that repairs are treated in a timely manner and clients kept informed
Management and Team Development
Responsible for fostering and ensuring the training, development, and retention of existing and new Client Advisors
Lead effective and highly energic daily morning briefings
Identify high-potential associates and develop them for career evolutions within the brand
Motivate each team member to reach their objectives and accompanying them in their professional development
Business Analysis
Constantly monitor KPIs and define and implement action plans to achieve targets
Preparation of monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports to National Sales Manager and corporate team
Be familiar with the local market and business environment including competitors’ business activities and luxury market trends
Boutique activation
Grow and maximize the Client portfolio of the Boutique
Constantly find ways to target and attract new Clients
Apply Roger Dubuis CRM strategy in the Boutique and manage the Boutique Client portfolio with the CRM tools
Provide, create or reapply and execute timepieces launches, events and activities to constantly attract Clients in the Boutique
Ensure a strong follow-up of all Clients of the Boutique
Profile:
Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive
Client-oriented, attentive to details
Strong selling skills
Excellent communication and management skills, with previous experience managing teams
Proficient in IT: Excel, POS systems
Previous experience in luxury goods, high-end hospitality, yachts, or aviation (private jets)
Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range: $115 to $130K
Role is eligible for annual bonus and commission.
