As the Regional Head of Finance PMO, you will take the helm of strategic initiatives across the APAC regional finance organization. This role demands a visionary leader capable of driving the creation and deployment of innovative financial processes and solutions that are SCALABLE, IMPACTFUL, and SUSTAINABLE. You will be instrumental in advancing our data environment, steering the digital transformation of finance tools and platforms, and cultivating finance talent within the APAC region.


·  Continuous monitoring of the finance digital landscape to enhance the existing analytical & digital platforms
·  Lead pilot projects for new finance tools to assess their viability for implementing throughout the region
·  Lead the APAC finance transformation initiatives through collaboration with all stakeholders across the region.


·  Facilitate an inclusive process that will support the APAC finance organization to become more effective, sustainable and deliver results
·  These processes will focus on, but not limited to, cost optimization , centres of excellence/outsourcing and drive innovation
·  Drive the strategic resource planning for the region, ensuring projects are aligned with the business goals
·  Support finance leadership in communicating this strategy through event organisation and support business reviews with Group leadership


·  Assess and understand the talent development needs within the APAC region, ensuring that initiatives are scalable and tailored to meet diverse needs across the region.
·  Design and implement a comprehensive finance talent development framework for the APAC region, focusing on Mindset, Skillset, & Toolset . This framework should be sustainable and adaptable to future changes in the finance sector.
·  Design and launch a Learning & Development platform tailored for the finance team, ensuring it provides scalable learning solutions that can grow with the organization.
·  Create and coordinate a Leadership Program specifically designed for APAC finance talents to enhance their management skills. This program should be impactful, fostering the next generation of finance leaders within the company.

·  You are strong in various financial skills and budget management with project and program management experience
