Are you a good match?

 

You are a bachelor’s degree holder in business administration, supply chain merchandising or operations management.

You have solid experience in merchandising and/or product planning.

You are knowledgeable in international distribution and regional stock management in the luxury industry.

You have experience in using SAP and BI.

You have a strong passion for High Jewelry, Art & Culture.

You are fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is a plus.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to Regional Distribution Planning Manager, your role will be responsible for the short-term demand planning, inventory management, operations and distributions handling across Asia Pacific network. Ensuring timely communications with demand planning team to share together on tactical and operational views and build together the distribution strategy that will implement.

 

Short-term demand planning

 

· 
Monitor the target stock level on jewelry, bridal and timepieces and propose adjustment strategies, to align with sales trends, budgets, communications and media campaigns.

· 
Responsible for stock distribution and forecast, to collaborate with demand planning team on peak seasons stock strategy for the APA markets, liaise with HQ on the stock needs and possible actions.

· 
Analyse and share insights on replenishments, stock situation and sales pattern.

· 
Collaborate with marketing teams on stock allocations strategy for events and communication plans for APA markets.

· 
Channel management - short-term stock allocations across all channels (retail, online and wholesale) according to HQ guidelines.

· 
Organize and animate distribution calls with HQ every month.

Operations

 

· 
Transfer matrix management – define the transfer flow and lead-time according to stock type within APA markets and shipment with non-APA markets.

· 
Events coordination – collaborate with marketing team on the timeline, provide timely support in system and transfer flow. Liaise with HQ logistic team on trouble shooting.

· 
Coordinate with APA markets and provide solutions on distribution planning in responding to the changing sales environment.

· 
Facilitate change management within the central and regional supply chain teams with the implementation of new projects.
