PURPOSE
The Junior Special Projects Manager at A. Lange & Söhne supports day-to-day logistics of the Regional Director Europe. The person also acts as a key contact for regional Group for ALS Europe, fulfilling information, data and report requests. Finally, the role supports the preparation of strategic plans and cross-functional projects, helping the acceleration of markets’ regional integration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· BUSINESS SUPPORT
· Support the preparation of strategic plans, business planning and P&L.
· Supports prepare budget planning.
· Support the development of internal/external boutique project business cases, pre-CAR and CAR.
· Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering data, coordinating with stakeholders and attending to logistics of meetings.
· Responsible for tracking regional projects and communicating status updates.
· Conducts data analysis, scenario generations and other quantitative and qualitative analysis linking various data to check and challenge assumptions, verify hypothesis and derive business insights.
· Support the implementation of CRM strategies
· REGIONAL COORDINATION
· Regional coordination and integration support
· Act as a primary contact for Richemont and SWMs
·
· Executes ALS tasks for the Group and European SWMs
· LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
· Manage Regional director’s schedule. Prioritize appointments.
· Coordinate business travel and meeting arrangements.
· Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
· Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Regional Director.
· Manage expenses and invoices.
REQUIREMENTS
· Profound knowledge about the luxury watch industry and the brand’s main competitors
· University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field; First work experience and/or educational background in luxury, brand or fashion management is a plus
· Experience in CRM Management or similar field
· Strong analytical and project management skills
· Fluency in German and English is a must
