WE’RE RECRUITING
As HR Manager, you will report to the HR Director for Richemont Italy. You will drive an employee centric people strategy by managing day-to-day HR operations, in order to drive operational excellence for the best employee experience as well as support the achievement of business objectives. You will actively contributing to the growth and development of Richemont regional functions and the Maisons represented in the Italian market.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· You will act as a business partner for the population in your scope and you will provide advice, support on Human Resources matters around the employee life cycle, ensuring that these are aligned with business objectives, legal framework and regional HR strategy, by granting a positive impact on the business
· You will proactively suggest and drive updates and amendments in (best) practices, policies, and procedures in line with legislation changes and business requirements to ensure legal compliance and safeguarding of the business
· You will lead the talent assessments and talent management initiatives and contribute to the business by identifying, prioritizing and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
· In strong partnership with the Finance colleagues, you will manage the staff cost budget and forecast, including compensation and the company reward philosophy
· You will be responsible for the individual (disciplinary procedures) and collective litigations (including coordination with the lawyers). Escalates all appropriate legal cases to HR Director Italy as appropriate where considerable business risk has been identified
· For us, strategic decisions are business and data oriented, so you will ensure top-notch quality of data and HR metrics
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Previous extensive experience experience in HR management, with progressive increase in responsibility
· Fluency in Italian and English is a must
· Excellent working/practical knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices
· Matrix-organization savvy
· Excellent project and change management skills, with a digital and constant-improvement mindset
· Comfortable liaising with senior managers on all HR issues, able to influence them towards best practice
· Strong business acumen and customer orientation
· Strong collaborator who can build, develop, and maintain credible business relationships at all levels of the business
· Plans and organizes in a way that tasks and activities are delivered on time, considering potential bottle-necks. Understands when to involve decision makers to accelerate decisions
· Analytical and data driven approach, while mantaining a people centric orientation
