DIGITAL MANUFACTURING PRODUCT SPECIALIST

CONTEXT
Our Manufactures have embarked into a journey with Industry 4.0 to accelerate digitalization and support more connected operational use cases bringing more efficiency and quality, based on latest technologies for Industrial IoT, Automation, No/Low Coding platforms and Analytics.
The scope of our manufacturing operations covers 30+ sites in Europe on which 20+ in Switzerland and various business activities mainly based on watchmaking & jewellery, from traditional to more industrialized practices.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The role is embedded in Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain “Operations & Services” and part of the Digital Manufacturing Product Team where you will work with other Business Consultants.
In direct relationship with our manufactures and business stakeholders using our technology solutions, and in alignment with our business strategy, you will be in charge of providing functional and technical expertise, guidance, presentations and instructions on Production processes and solutions around Manufacturing & Quality (i.e. SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM and related modules, EWM, MES solutions, No Coding platforms, IIoT integration etc…).
As such, you will take the responsibility of global enhancements to our solutions for all our Maisons and contribute to various projects to deploy our latest technologies, with a significant autonomy level.
You also help the team to continuously improve by sharing your vision on other enhancements and contribute to reducing the level of support required firstly by designing lean and reliable solutions and secondly by ensuring strong knowledge transfer to our support team.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
· You hold an Engineering Master’s degree from a highly ranked University or Engineering School, such as EPFL, ideally oriented in Industrial Engineering & Computer Sciences
· You have strong hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM with strong business and integration knowledge from experience in various (SAP) projects, incl. integration with MES, technical matters, migration, rollouts.
· You have applied and worked with different methodologies, including Agile, and are familiar with all aspects of successful technology operations, such as test automation, documentation, support and their related tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
· You are a highly proactive and autonomous individual, a self learner with a strong interest in new technologies related to Manufacturing, IIoT, Entreprise Architecture & integration technologies such as APIs or Event Driven Architecture
· You are able to discuss and present complex and challenging topics in a convincing way and are at ease to communicate with all levels of the organisation, in business and technology, in both French and English
