This internship is planned to begin February 2025 for the duration of 5-6 months.
You must be based in the Netherlands (or willing to relocate) and enrolled at university for the duration of the internship.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to join the Cartier CRM team in Amsterdam. The CRM intern is supporting the E-CRM Specialist, and the other members of the Client team, in regards to the following:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Extract and prepare data
• Handle several extractions, linked to sales & client data
• Design easy-to-read ways to share & highlight the data to the team
• Provide insights on extracted data
Produce CRM reports
• Manage the different CRM weekly & monthly reports
• Transversal view of the CRM scope as the reports are on sales, client profiles, Clienteling status, boutique performances, client satisfaction...
• Support in other ad-hoc reports / studies when needed
Support in E-mailing creation
• Check emailing proofs (design & links) in 4 languages (no need to be fluent in all 4)
• Work closely with translation agencies to ensure high quality communication in all Market languages
• Support in the creation of e-mailing campaigns via Salesforce
Support the team in presentations
• For main projects, support in designing / fine-tuning of slides & documents
• Examples: business review, project meetings, CRM strategy, E-commerce roadmap
• Mostly on PowerPoint; using Microsoft Teams
Support the team in ad-hoc topics
• Support on any ad-hoc CRM topic (dispatches, POs, vendor creations etc)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong computer skills (Excel & PPT mandatory; Salesforce & SAP is a plus)
• Fast learner on systems/ IT/ software’s
• Analytical mindset
• Organized and attentive to details
• Fluent in English
• Dutch and/ or Swedish would be a plus but is not mandatory
• MBO / HBO profile: business school
