Fixed-term contract from February 3rd  – September 30th

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a Client Strategy Manager, your mission will be to (1) understand Maisons & Market key challenges, (2) help Maisons set a clear vision and define their client strategy, (3) formulate recommendations and translate them into feasible action plans, (4) measure the impact and iterate on solutions provided if needed.

 

·  Collaborate with Maisons to understand their strategic objectives, business goals, and Client needs
·  Summarize complex and varied information from numerous inputs into cohesive, compelling stories thanks to presentations, KPIs, analysis, and more
·  Leverage design-driven model to bring ideas to life, taking into consideration market understanding, capabilities, financial inputs & outputs, feasibility, etc.
·  Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design sprints to facilitate ideation and problem-solving
·  Create compelling visual representations, including journey maps, personas, and prototypes, to communicate design concepts and strategies effectively
·  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
·  Identify key best practices within Maisons and Industry to create awareness in the Richemont Client Community
·  Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to Maisons based on Market best practices and emerging trends
·  Set the appropriate KPIS and measurement protocols to follow through the impact of initiatives.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?                                                                                 

As a Client Strategy Manager you possess a unique blend of client strategy and CX expertise. This role requires the ability to interact with a large variety of stakeholders from front line staff to senior leadership. This role demands a critical and strategic thinking, fully aware of emerging trends in both business strategy and CX to ensure seamless integration of client strategies into broader business strategies.

You are interested in our business. You are curious, creative, tech-savvy, an active listener and well organized:

 

·  University degree with outstanding academic record from university or business school
·  3-5 years’ experience in Consulting, ideally in a leading consulting firm or digital/design agency
·  Strong marketing knowledge/expertise and CX design best practices and trends
·  Exceptional analytical, design and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
·  Demonstrated ability building strong relationships and working within multi-disciplinary teams
·  An experience and true passion for creating customer-centered experiences that delight end users and that solve business problems. Yet, you stay pragmatic and solution oriented
·  A sound understanding of technology and emerging trends
·  Strong analytical skills to measure actions’ impact and iterate on solutions provided if needed
·  Maintain excellent relationships internally and externally
·  Fluent French and English is mandatory for this role
