Join Richemont as a Business Development Manager, driving growth for the respective Maison across the MEIA region. You will shape distribution strategies, analyze markets, and support key initiatives, working closely with senior leadership.

In this position, you will contribute to regional strategy, prepare management reports, gather markets intelligence, and identify growth opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage key projects that support business success.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Success in this role requires strategic thinking, project management, and market knowledge. Prior experience in Business Development or Project Management within the luxury or retail sectors is ideal.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and 2-3 years of experience in Project Management. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.
