HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional operational abilities, high attention to detail and team centric approach to work you will:
· Timely and accurate processing of VIM invoices
· Follow-up with buyers if there is any vendor not registered in SAP
· Ensure our reference number is imprinted on the invoices and proof of delivery or services
· Review and ensure no duplicate payments to vendors
· Reconciliation against vendor’s statement of accounts (SOA)
· Verify the accuracy of data input by buyer/requestor and ensure that the attached supporting documents are fill in correctly with no missing data or attachment
· Timely validation of Vendor workflow request tickets
· Validate Concur expense claim to ensure compliance with the T&E policy, business justification/reasonableness
· Ensure expenses are correctly authorised, documented, reported and reimbursed
· Coordinate boutique petty cash reports to be processed accurately and timely each month.
· Timely and accurate processing of Intercompany recharge and repair invoices
· Investigate and follow-up on system interface errors
· Prepare Intercompany payment via Netting
· Clearing of balance sheet suspense accounts promptly
· Prepare open PO without IR report monthly and follow up with buyers on the outstanding invoices
· Accrual for all the VIM transactions pending for approval and approved after end of the month
· Accrual for Goods-In-Transit
· Intercompany reconciliation and reporting as per Group Reporting timeline
· Act as a contact point for Maison in resolving or trouble shooting issues regarding PO/VIM/Vendor workflow/CONCUR
· Conduct regular trainings on PO/Vendor workflow/ CONCUR to staffs and new joiners
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

· Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent professional accounting qualification
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably from MNC or large accounting firm
· Strong accounting knowledge and problem-solving skills; able to think “out of the box”
· Well versed in Microsoft Excel skill and able to automate templates to improve efficiency
· Good presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a high volume and fast pace environment
· Knowledge of accounting software/EPR systems eg. SAP is a plus
