About the Job
An Agile Master, or Scrum Master, helps a team work better together. They remove
obstacles, improve efficiency and processes, make sure the team follows agile rules, and
encourage everyone to improve. It's like a coach who helps the team play well and
communicate better.
What you do
Meetings: Organize, facilitate and moderate Squad meetings (Dailys, Plannings,Refinements, Retros, etc.)
Support: Support the Squad to achieve success and reach goals, clear obstacles, help the Squad to remove impediments
Improvement: Improve how things are done, foster efficient communication, hold up agile values
Culture: Create a safe space and healthy feedback-culture within the team
