Job description
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing quality management strategies.
• Overseeing customer satisfaction (VoC/NPS) and complaints management.
• Leading quality audits, certifications (e.g., ISO), and performance improvement initiatives.
• Driving cross-functional collaboration and quality awareness.
• Establishing quality metrics, managing risks, and fostering operational excellence.
• Developing and managing the budget of Quality scope for the respective country
• Leading a high performance local quality team
What You Bring:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the company.
• Expertise in quality assurance and training.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international, remote setting.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency with tools/systems like inMoment, Pola.net, etc.
